TADA C (TADA Capital) is the investment arm of TADA.
Started in 2006 with small equity placements in what is now Hotel Americano on West 27th Street in Manhattan and an office building in Mexico City, TADA C has grown to include additional hotel and multifamily investments.
TADA C, through its affiliates, seeks return on equity over the long term through the careful selection of opportunities; specialized knowledge of the industry; and long-term relationships with investors, brokers, and industry leaders in banking, development and construction.
