Located at the intersection of Carrol Gardens and Redhook in Brooklyn, this renovation was a true major rescue project. The building received brand-new interiors at every level, and a sparkling new storefront. One more story was added to maximize its potential use, merging old and new architecture in a harmonic yet contrasting way.
The TADA team originated the deal, raised equity, arranged financing, and managed construction and the successful re-sale.
