Joan Mitchell Foundation Chelsea
A 4,200 SF educational facility for a non-profit founded by the painter Joan Mitchell. TADA was responsible for project management, bidding, and construction management from conception through completion. The project challenges included the installation of a new burnished concrete floor in a midtown office space. The 8" floor was pumped from the street below.
